Return Process

Notify us within 14 days of receipt if there is an issue with your order by emailing our customer service team with your order number.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For items damaged during transit or quality concerns, please include clear photographs and a brief description of the problem.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our specialists will review your request and, where applicable, provide a return authorization and instructions for sending items back to our London premises.
- 4.Resolution and Refund
Once your return is inspected or your claim is approved, we will process a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
